Since the purchase is made based on sufficient prior information and involves intimate, uniquely designed garments, it is not possible to return the purchase unless the item is returned with the original packaging unopened, and once the item has not undergone any sort of deterioration for any reason. The vendor is in no case obliged to permit the return of any used, broken, ripped, modified, dirty or foul-smelling garment; nor will refunds be provided for any items sent by ordinary mail or a similar method, which fail to arrive at their destination, or do not arrive in good condition.

Prior to any return of a purchase, the client will contact Catbikinis and provide the information necessary to process their claim; a response will be provided at the earliest possible opportunity. Complaints, consultations and suggestions can be sent in writing to the vendor, either through a letter sent to the headquarters of the business or by email.

If the sender wishes to receive a response in a language different from that employed in the original communication, he or she must indicate in which language they wish to receive the response: Catalan, Spanish or English.  We will endeavor to reply in the language of the original communication. The vendor provides a customer care phone line during commercial opening hours, which will attend customers in Catalan or Spanish, more languages may be introduced at a later date.
